THE CERTIFICATION METHODOLOGY

Our certification in Debt Management and Workforce Development will enable more diversity in many trades and industries that are typically inaccessible to people of color and different nationalities. It consists of one training with classroom instruction guest speakers, industry professionals, student presentations, and corporate recruiting. Once each student completes 8 hours of training, they will be certified by Ink Blot Management Financial Group in Workforce Development and Debt Management, further enhancing their ability to pursue their aspirations and dreams and increase their financial well-being with effective leadership.

ANTICIPATED PROGRAM OUTCOMES

This certification course confirms that we have assessed the needs of our communities and the public education system. By enhancing finances and resources already given by the United States Congress to develop independent thinkers and effective leadership, we believe these financial services can play a major role in accomplishing the following:

*Fulfilling Federal, State, and Local mandates to increase graduation rates across America.

*ensuring a more cost-effective system of governance.

*An appreciation in the market value of graduates in the workforce. 

*Helping students acquire basic organizational skills to eradicate poverty and improve their quality of life. More specifically, students will acquire the basic organizational skills to manage personal debts, such as credit cards, bank loans, student tuitions, and mortgages.

*The overcoming of hindrances such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) , attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, chronic fatigue, etc.

*Reduction in unemployment and underemployment.

*The building of a foundation in self-reliance and self-sufficiency for long-term growth and development.

*Increase in imports/exports and foreign revenues.

*Balanced budgets and increased productivity.

COST FACTOR

There is a one-time fee of $100 per student. The fee includes:

*Certificate of achievement

*Personal financial planner

*Credentials for global training

*Lifetime membership with supportive services (so graduates never get left out of the loop for an additional $900).
