Getrichandgrowweatlh.com is a natural medicine for depression guaranteed to help low-income families reduce poverty with 10 keys to being an effective leader in a global economy. Effective leadership is a financial skill set that can be used to increase cash flow in 30 days. A financial skill set is consumer spending habits that provide new skills to grow the economy and build peace of mind.
 
In 2020, during the pandemic, I utilized getrichandgrowwealth.com to convert unemployment benefits into a workforce development program for the United Nations. First, I completed an Executive Education in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, Fl. Next, I reinstated Ink Blot Management Group LLC. Then, I created the Get Rich and Grow Wealth Program for Youth in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While watching the local news I heard a complaint about youth a.k.a. waterboys selling water to drivers in the street. I called up Councilwoman Overstreet to offer my program. She sent it to InvestAtlanta, and I had a Zoom Meeting with Dr. Klementich, executive director of InvestAtlanta. She sent it to Worksource Atlanta. 2 months later, I hosted a Leadership Training at Springhill Suites and graduated 3 Managing Program Directors. One month later, the Federal Reserve Economic Data Reported Atlanta reached the lowest unemployment rate of 2.4% in Atlanta's history in October 2021.
















 
In November 2021, Ink Blot Management Group attended a virtual conference hosted by the UN Economic and Social Affairs Department. We graduated another participant from Togo who worked in Blockchain Technology. After I established a business account, I presented it to the Board of InvestAtlanta. Mayor Dickens, chairman of the board, requested my program and 3 days later I spoke at a Next Level Boys Academy Event in City Hall; where I stated that "my cure for povierty is consumer spending habits that build peace of mind rather than self-destruction.". Finally, Mayor Dickens said in the 2023 State of the City Address in Atlanta, 25 young entrepreneurs a.k.a. waterboys received a business partnership with the City of Atlanta to sell water in Downtown Atlanta Kiosks. 

As a former board member of YPC Family Collaborative, an oversight board of 125 Government, Community, and Faith-based Organizations in the State of New York, I created Get Rich and Grow Wealth: 10 Keys To Being An Effective Leader In A Global Economy to address underlying reasons for many social epidemics that plague our communities.
